Align's Latest Work

One of Align's latest projects involved working with CA Agile Central (Rally) to redefine offerings and features, while reexamining customer value and competitive analysis. Our goal was measure the market, conduct customer labs, influence roadmap and deprecate features with minimal usage that perhaps do not stand in the current innovative market and competition. While refocusing on the main offerings that make CA Agile Central so wonderful, we also had to focus on the areas that may not return the best ROI. There's something to be said about building transparent relationships with customers, while internal building teams that are able to say no to some offerings in order to focus on defining and developing fully functional and customer centric offerings we all wish to see customers and consumers happily utilize.
